"The staff at the hotel are very well mannered and friendly The rooms are clean and well maintained They offer several very good amenities The breakfast is very good . The restaurant manager was very accommodating He managed to get us what we asked for . We asked for cake in the morning to celebrate our granddaughters birthday . He got it for us with a candle . I asked for a fruit not in the buffet and he sourced that too. The staff at the check in counter were also very accommodating. We will definitely make this our stop on our next trip to Chennai"

"They should mention that the pool and other facilities are often booked for community events. In fact the pool holds swimming lessons six days a week twice a day, each a three hour slot. If I knew this I would have booked elsewhere since one of my main goals during the trip was to swim as often as possible. I think it's great that swimming lessons are given there but guests should be warned in advance. Otherwise it's a very centrally located and very comfortable property."

"We loved our 2 day stay. The showered was great. The restaurant staff, room staff and check in were great. We loved the hospitality of the cooks and servers in all 3 restaurants. The ceiling in the room leaked from A/C. The only incident that put a damper was one of the front staff rudely told my young daughter who was taking a call in the lobby and had her foot touch the chair in front (not fully placed) to sit well as it is the lobby. I wonder if they share the same concerns with the men there who literally had their feet up with no shoes. The double standards and treatment of women differently still exist?"
