"Aloft Seoul Gangnam had one of the nicest staff members I have ever seen. I am not just writing this review because I they asked, but because I truly wanted to. They have accommodated everything that I have asked for and has never shown any sense of rudeness or annoyance. They are really kind and are just purely amazing!"

"Although in need of some modernisation, especially in the bathrooms and carpets, it’s a good and convenient hotel to stay in the Gangnam area. The airport shuttle is right outside when arriving from the airport, the bus stops are only a few minutes away. No subway nearby but it’s a nice area to walk around. The staff were nice and helpful in booking us a trip to the DMZ. The rooms are comfortable and the bedding is soft. Didn’t try the pool or nightclub, but the sandwich shop was lovely and...

"Cleanliness and service is excellent. Staff is helpful and polite. Would be very good if room can be slighly bigger for 3 adults. Bath shower is very good with strong water pressure. WC is state of the art and you'd had a hard time adjusting back to a normal one. Hotel is right at the centre of action."
