"I have never stayed at a Citizen M hotel before and I don’t normally write reviews …this hotel was amazing. Checking in is so efficient. Decor is stylish and fun. The rooms are small however all you need is there and the quality of the bedding and pillows is outstanding. It’s about 6 minutes walk to the museums. The food is good and they have a roof top bar which has a wonderful view of the Capital building. Highly recommend."

"This was an excellent place to stay for a quick visit, I wish I had more time in the hotel! The bed was comfortable and the room clean. All of the staff were extremely friendly. The pool was awesome and well maintained. There were a lot of kids but I wasn’t expecting otherwise, just something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a child free experience. I will be staying here again! "

"Always a pleasure and a good time when I come here. The staff are great and check in is quick and way. The staff at the restaurant are respectful and great as well and the food is good. I definitely recommend happy hour."
