"We stayed at The Berkeley for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. Parking was easy - we were able to find street parking (not monitored over the weekend days), but the staff said they would be available to assist with valet in the instance we were unable to find any parking on the street nearby. The staff was wonderful. Everyone from the cleaning crew to the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and had an acceptable amount of wear and tear that you'd expect from a hotel this age. You can't beat the price and location - we will definitely be back for another stay the next time we're in town."

"We got upgraded to a suite, which was beautiful. The only thing is that the shower head/unit was slightly coming out of the wall. It should be an easy fix. I just thought you should know!"
