"Property was immaculate and staff were amazing to deal with! Only downside is that we didn’t have warm enough weather to enjoy the stunning garden area ! Really convenient with the tube being a 3 min walk away. Loved the bar and how different the cocktails were to normal we didn’t try the restaurant however the food looked amazing. We will definitely stay here again "

"The check-in is tediously long. The rooms are quite warm. The hotel is a little bit rundown, but it’s OK. If you’re expecting vending machines ice machine, machines, laundry anything like that this is not the hotel for you.
