I must say the staff really knows how to host their guest, all of them are courteous and helpful. "way tk reach property was very pathetic and risky .one cannot even believe that the property like this can be so off the road. u cannot go to the main road without the help of the hotel's escort vehicle. apart from that at the price of Rs.6000 per night they didnt even privided comolimentary breakfast. everything was charged extra."

"My grandfather used to have a house with Shimla so I am very familiar with the place for the last 50+ years. Willow Banks is absolutely the best value for money you can find in the city. Very clean, very well located right next to the iconic mall road, right next to the tourist lift and very good service and clean and large rooms. Also excellent food options either within the hotel or right next door. Perfect place to stay and enjoy Shimla."
