"This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Big room with a separate sitting area, everything new and clean and modern design. It was a little bit of a trick figuring out how to get to their parking (you have to check in first, then use your key card to get in and get out), but I really appreciated that after we checked out we could leave the car there until 3, so we were able to leave the car there while we did stuff in the morning. It took a surprising amount of time to get an Uber (13 minutes). There were a lot of food options in easy walking distance. The hotel also sells breakfast, but we didn't try that."

"Charles was a terrific host! He was available when needed. The place is clean, safe and loaded with great utilities. I highly recommend especially because the location provides easy access to the train and therefore other parts of Chicago. I came to Chicago for a conference with my parents who are seniors and my niece, and Charles’ place alleviated my anxiety when away from them. Thanks again, Charles! "

"Our host was so kind and very reasonable! The listing makes it sound quite strict, but I will say if you are a traveler who respects the spaces you stay in they are not strict at all! Basic human decency is all they ask so if you can't do that maybe not the place for you, but if you can do that this is a fabulous place to stay! The space is so big and such a great price in such a great area. The hosts are there if you need anything at all and even gave a lot of local recommendations which was so nice! We were there on a work trip and so it was nice to not have to do a ton of research to figure out where we should go for meals and what not. The train is so close by and none of the ubers we paid for to get downtown were very expensive which is so nice. The beds were very comfortable and the space was just delightful. Thank you for letting us stay! :)"
