"We had a connection cancelled due to severe weather and got stranded in Chicago late in the evening. I booked this hotel on Hotels.com thinking it had an airport shuttle. It did not. When we arrived, the line to checkin was nearly out the door with one young girl working the desk and clearly using her phone to FaceTime someone who was guiding her through every step, every click of the mouse, etc. She was not trained and should not have been there alone. As a result, we stood in line for well over an hour to get checked in and didn't get to sleep until around 2am. This turned a miserable day into two miserable days."
