"PROS: Fantastic experience! I loved this hotel so much that I booked it twice in the last 2 weeks. I had both a family trip and a business trip in Chicago, and would gladly go back to this hotel every time I am in town. The hotel is very modern, clean and in excellent condition, breakfast buffet was super delicious, great variety of items served as well as fresh produce daily. Free parking on the streets around the hotel, huge plus! the neighborhood is also a lot of fun with great restaurant options within walking distance. 10/10 experience! CONS: This is not really the hotel's issue, but they recommend to use the public parking lot attached tot he hotel. However, unless you're driving a motorcycle, or need to park a stroller, do not to into this lot! The lot is extremely narrow, it took me 40 min to enter and maneuver my way out. During my 1st stay, I left a flat iron and a pair of designer sunglasses in my room (I know 100% my fault) and was very disappointed to hear that nobody reported finding them. Despite this hiccup , I still booked the hotel the following week when I was in town because I loved it so much."

"Firstly, the hotel is very clean and close to McCormick place. Decent option with better prices than staying on site. However, extremely noisy since the hotel faces Cermak rd. No less than 3 ambulances per night, people reving their engines all night but for maybe two hours. Ask for a room that doesn’t overlook Cermak Rd. Very tiny rooms but good enough for s one night or two night stay. Best for business travel. No amenities like breakfast (not even light breakfast). Not much close by except for Conese Restaurants… breakfast is at McDonalds or other diners on Prairie near McCormick. Pleasant enough staff. The hotel does lock the main door after 11pm."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay! A few critiques we had: the room was very cold especially at night, extra $30 was required to park our car overnight, and certain elements of breakfast (like pastries) were not replenished when used up. Overall staff was very kind and it was a nice place."
