"Nice weekend getaway. Location wasn't too far from Grant Park or Field museum, by car."

"Our host, Ikechi, is awesome. He was so quick to respond to us and very accommodating, even working with us on an early check-in. The unit has everything you might need including a washer and dryer! It is very quiet at night too. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay again."

"Great stay, perfect for our group of 6, everyone had there own room! Necessities right around the corner if needed Cermack rd a few feet away, gets you about everywhere! We wanted a real life Chicago experience, and it was great. Owner very responsive! Permit on street parking pretty accessible most times. Definitely will stay again!"

"My group and I loved staying here!! The place was very clean, had everything we needed, and is in a nice area close to downtown. The only downside for me was all of the services fees that were charged, and I’m not sure if that’s the host or VRBO themselves, but it was quite pricey."

The table was a little small since we were six and it was only for four chairs only. The door keypad was a little hard to get it kept getting stuck anf hard to open but we finally got it to work more smoothly. The host had a container of drinking water for us, so that was great and much needed with the horrible heat we had this...

Things you wouldn’t judge them for but you would expect better from a paid hotel service. Dirt and dust on bathroom baseboards, light fixtures in bathroom, bathroom vanity is...

"It was decent for what we needed. Owner sends a lot of automated messages. Place was maintained, parking free, but is difficult to find."
