"Room was very clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, complimentary water bottle with fill station in every floor. restaurant and lounge open until 2am. Although we did not get to experience it. Parking was expensive but Adrian helped us get a discounted rate at a nearby parking lot. It was secured and well lit. I accidentally left my purse behind and called them immediately once I realized and thankfully they found it and I was able to pick it up immediately. Pets stay free just make sure you let them know as they use a certain floor for pets but even though it was used for pets it was exceptionally clean. "

"I only chose this hotel cause it was the cheapest but I definitely regret it. The staff were rude, especially security for holding luggage. The rooms are so out of date, weird curtains and bedspread, the bed is hard as a rock and the pillows too fluffy to use. I got no sleep, save yourself!"

"They advertise a queen bed, but it was a full size at best. The room was small but the hotel was convenient because we were within walking distance of the WinTrust stadium for a concert. Its right in the middle of New Chinatown and Old Chinatown so very accessible to walk. The parking on the other hand was a bit of a headache. Only parking fills up fast so you have to circle the block multiple times before they open the entrance for open spots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you're wanting a place to explore Chinatown without driving, this is the spot."

"There is no staff, no front desk and no help, other than texting with an AI agent. The on-line check in was a nightmare, took 45 min. over 2 days. Minimalist furniture style, no work desk, despite there being lots of space. TV is only Youtube. You need to set up an account on your phone to watch regular live channels, so I didn't watch any TV. Not a hotel for business travelers."
