The staff from the very beginning were fantastic, always going out of their way to accommodate. The restaurant and services on site are of the highest quality. "This is a rare find; a 13th century castello, lovingly restored and converted into comfortable and atmospheric apartments. There are magnificent views across Umbria. You are within reach of Spoleto and Foligno. Only problem; finding it. I strongly suggest that anyone booking it should make sure they get a precise map, because it is in the middle of nowhere. Worse, the map given on the hotels.com page puts it in the wrong place, (there's a cemetery there instead) which cost me 45 minutes of...

"As someone who usually stays at very cheap stays, this was a treat. I stayed by myself and I felt like the room was very big. The bathroom and shower were small but fine. Front desk attendants were very nice and the breakfast was simple but enough to get my day started. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night! Beautiful villa. I would stay again!"

"We had a fantastic week in Gaetano’s home, the villa is very comfortable, the pool is amazing and it’s a great location. The air con is a godsend and the house is really well appointed-we loved playing billiards, table tennis and table football! Gaetano speak fantastic English and was really helpful with recommendations etc. He and his wife stay in a smaller property on the same site but this did not bother us at all as they left us to have the run of the villa and complete peace. I can highly recommend staying here "
