"We had a 3 night stay in downtown Asheville. The hotel was so convenient to downtown and the River Arts District. It was very comfortable and pet friendly. The only thing that will make it better is the completed construction of the pool, pool deck, etc. we will definitely be back!"

"Nice updated hotel. Clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable, pillow choices okay. Staff was friendly and helpful with local restaurant suggestions for dinner. At the edge of town coming in from the Blue Rigde Parkway south, so not too close to downtown. Would recommend."

"The only reason I gave the 5 stars I did is because of the gentleman that checked us in. I don’t remember his name but he had a ponytail. He was very accommodating with everything even though we got in late. The rest of the staff acted like we were none existent. Which were the two ladies in the dining area when we went to breakfast (they cared more about their personal conversation than if we needed anything) and the larger gentleman that was wearing a blue shirt (he was in and out of the dining are as well and didn’t even say a word to us, even though he seemed to be in charge). The bad rating for the facilities is because the pool was not open. "

"Convenience to shopping and restaurants the hotel was nice, clean, up to date ... Very large homeless population on this road if that is a concern for you. Wouldn't recommend walking anywhere but driving was fine."
