"Towels were old and rag looking. My sheets hsd stains and the face cloth has mascara on it still. Pool was nice but dated. Hot tub was.. warmish not hot. Just needs some updateing. Please get new towels. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, bed was comfy but we did miss the breakfast. I would stay again but there are better option for the price. Location is out of the way unless you want industral area. "

"Man… for a Radisson, this hotel really said “let’s set expectations low and then go even lower.” The bed? Felt like I was sleeping on a trampoline with trust issues. Every time I moved, it moved back… aggressively. The pillows? I’ve seen thicker slices of deli meat. Pretty sure they just folded a napkin and called it a day. No complimentary water either. Like come on… it’s literally $7 for a 35-pack at Costco. That’s enough to hydrate half the hotel. You’re charging $100 a night but acting like water is a luxury add-on. Then I made the mistake of reading reviews… apparently bedbugs are part of the “extended stay experience.” After that, sleep was not even an option. I was lying there like I was in a horror movie waiting for something to crawl. And the toilet paper? Single ply. SINGLE. PLY. I’m pretty sure even prisons are like “nah, that’s too harsh.” Honestly, this hotel made me appreciate every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Wish I stayed literally anywhere else, even my car would’ve offered better lumbar support."
