The front desk team was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I would especially like to recognize, Tejveer, who was truly outstanding. He was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and always willing to help with a positive attitude. His exceptional customer service made my experience even more enjoyable. Don’t let what the front desk officer tell you is enough information for you. Please ask questions. The only good thing I enjoy was their kitchen. The workers there are very nice and professional."

"The hallways had garbage bags that were not collected and sitting outside of the elevator (3pm) Got late check out (1pm) at time of check in. Housekeeping entered my room 3 times, all before 10am on check out day even though the tag was on the door. We ended up leaving the hotel just after 10am because we were fed up with it. For the price tag of over $400 for a single night, this was absolutely ridiculous and reflects poorly on the managing staff."
