"We had a great time as a family staying in the family deluxe suite. We used the pool facilities on both days of our stay. The splash time hours were really good so it allowed us to explore the area but still use the facilities. Breakfast- good selection kids had plenty to choose from. Overall great hotel and we will definitely be back next year same week as it was great location for access to the NEC"

"The property was undergoing a significant renovation thus the only reason we didn’t give it an excellent condition. Although what wasn’t impacted by the renovation was top tier. Would love to return after the renovation to see the updated manor. The staff was excellent, with special note to the chef and server Jenny (sp?) and her trainee. "
