"A great place to stay for a concert at the Apollo. Dinner and drinks on the Thames and the venue all within walking distance and also walking distance to station. It was hot while we were staying and no air con(which is fine from an eco perspective). We were able to open the windows but this meant a very noisy night sleep. Otherwise everything that you needed for an overnight stay and the communication and checking in process was really straightforward."

"Stayed at Reading Green Park Village Serviced Apt during a business trip to Reading. The apartment is brand new, modern and very clean. I would strongly recommend others to stay there, especially if you travler with a family or a group of 2-3 adults with children."

Was promised an investigation regarding my reporting of a room that was not cleaned but no one had followed up with me, messages ignored also. "

"We recently stayed at the Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Central Park and had an absolutely brilliant experience. The location is superb, just a short walk from all the major attractions in New York City, making it ideal for exploring everything the city has to offer. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with breathtaking views overlooking the skyline and city below. Waking up to that view each morning was a highlight in itself. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service provided by Cyril at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care added a personal touch that made all the difference. He was always ready with helpful suggestions and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. "anyone considering the hotel: i haven't seen it explained very clearly but the way you get to the hotel is via a 5 minute driverless monorail thing straight from terminal 5 car park. It's unbelievably convenient, just factor in another 16 quid (8 there, 8 back). But honestly, it was worth it for the speed. You can get from T2/T3 coachstation to T5 park via free train within half hour, then the pod things are waiting for you and you're there in a blink. The actual hotel itself was way better than i expected for the price and when there was an issue, they resolved it straight away in a way that was very generous."
