"We had a great time at Poi Pu! The location is close to Cruz Bay so it’s close to the grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and the ferry. It’s also only a 15-20 minute drive to most of the beaches. Even though you’re close to Cruz Bay, it was really quiet at night. The house was perfect for my family of 4. The bottom two bedrooms have AC. The loft doesn’t but there were two fans on the floor and the overhead fan for air movement. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook several meals at the house. The pool was a great plus for us to use after a day at the beach. "

"We enjoyed our week stay. The property was clean and Chris was amazing! He took really good care of us and stayed in contact with me throughout the week. Despite the island losing power, we made the best of our time there. The two separated rooms were perfect our family. The only suggestion that I have is that you replace the patio cushions as they are pretty worn out and icky. Thank you!"

"Perfect place to stay! You can easily catch a cab to get home, but steep walk to town is fine. Amazing host and very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They let us drop our bags before check in! Clean space, and AC works great. Lovely outside deck with a table to enjoy the outdoors- even saw hummingbirds! The water pressure is great, but only hot for a few minutes, but expected on an island. Would stay again!"

"Amazing house and amenities. We enjoyed having the kayaks and snorkeling so close. The views were spectacular and our family all decided it was one of our favorite rentals. We did not need to use the downstairs apartment, it was a bit musty. Nellie was great the day we arrived leading us to the property and making sure we were able to find our way. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for helping to make our stay in St. John's so memorable!"
