"Location of hotel is good as it is near a tram line. Staff were grumpy and unfriendly - from checking in, to getting a drink at the bar to breakfast! "

"We’re in Prague for a competition and this hotel was exactly what we needed, we where able to have a twin room, really clean and tidy, there was a really nice communal space and the room was well laid out and well equipped. The staff were all really friendly and we felt really welcome. Location is also great, just a short tram ride from the city centre "
