"This was first trip to Rocky Point, and the first time we used VRBO. The check in was easy, the place was clean and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very clean and relaxing. Our daughters liked it so much they want to have their birthday party. We were pleasantly surprised and will diffidently be booking it again. "

"Andres was very friendly and accommodating, the camper was adequately furnished and the yard was equipped with a grill, mini hot tub and artificial turf. Everything was great and we were very pleased until lights out. The dog sanctuary let their dogs out and they all began barking until I got up to get my phone and call the owner. I told him there were several dogs barking non-stop. He called the sanctuary and told them to quiet the dogs down, which they did."
