"This hotel was next level. From the amazing, friendly staff to the Hilton level amenities and standards. We were greeted in fluent English by super friendly staff to what seemed like a very empty resort. We believe it only seemed empty due to renovations to the second tower. We booked a private onsen for your family at the front desk and went to our beautiful room. The buffet dinner was fantastic and to follow the breakfast buffet was equally amazing. "Western type property inspired by the Japanese aesthetic. Great onsen."

"Amazing hotel, we would definitely stay again. The rooms are so spacious and the staff are so helpful including taking us to our rooms and taking our luggage for us. There’s also a large koi pond where you can feed the fish. I visited the onsen and it was very relaxing if slightly dated. Amazing amenities in the bathroom and some self help amenities in the lobby."

"My wife and i thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at this resort, the staff were excellent the food was great and of course the skiing was awesome."

"I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in the Hakone area. The staff is beyond kind, amazing buffet/food, very clean, beautiful and spacious rooms! I hope I get to stay here again. They have a shuttle from Odawara station to the hotel. The only downside is it’s not directly IN Hakone, but it was convenient enough to get around with the shuttle service. The staff was so welcoming and kind. Can’t wait to stay here again!"

"Very nice stay at hotel. I am on a full week motorcycle trip in Japan mountains and this was a great stop. After 8 hours in saddle the onsen was perfect. Food was excellent, breakfast really stood out. The dining area was really nice and with a view. Hotel is clean and although not very crowded, staff was attentive and helpful. I do not speak japanease but that was not an issue. Parking plentiful, wifi was good. Great stop in area of Japan Inhad not been too."

"Beautiful property with great staff. Perfect location to train station and shopping. We also enjoyed their breakfast options."

"A very nice hotel in remote location. Great buffet for dinner and breakfast. Huge guest rooms with direct view up to the ocean. Evening fire bowl under clear sky. Excellent staff. Strongly recommend "

"Staff was helpful and the room was beautiful."

"Staffs were very friendly and helpful, room is very clean. It’s isolated from the village so you’d better prepare your food for night or order buffet"
