"Booked a river view room but on arrival got a room NOT River view bc staff said those were full. Was promised 20% discount and free calet parking as compensation. Looking for that rebate. Annoying bc riverview room was reason we stayed there"

"The Guest House at Graceland is a first-class facility. We only have one suggestion for improvement; the gluten-free options on the restaurant/bar menus could be more plentiful. We stayed three days and our teenage granddaughter who must eat gluten-free was rather limited in what she could eat. Otherwise, we were very happy for the large portions for the rest of us. Security was evident at all times which we came to realize was important as this area of Memphis does have a good bit of crime. There were multiple shootings reported on news during our short time there but we never felt threatened. We enjoyed the shuttle service to Graceland and drove ourselves downtown to visit other attractions on one day. Staff was all very friendly and very helpful."

"Free shuttle to & from.the airport & to Graceland & back. We were greeted by happy, friendly staff. Room was clean & they kept it clean with fresh towels daily. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The manager Tina Minor drove us to Marlowe's to meet friends when we couldn't get there on time."

"The home itself was absolutely beautiful but it was a real bummer that we couldn’t have family over seeing as we were in town from Florida to visit family! The moment our family pulled up to welcome us we were asked to have them leave! I don’t feel like all guests should have to suffer because someone else gave you a bad experience! Outside of that it was a great stay! "

"My family met my sister's family in Memphis and needed a place to fit all of us. The room layouts were perfect for our kid breakdown. The house is definitely better for older kids rather than younger, but they do list that in the description. If you are coming for Graceland, it is definitely a great location!"
