"Hotel is in a great location right near airport and trolley. Has an airport shuttle, pool, 3 restaurants on site and a few access the street. Best of all the staff and management are really friendly and professional. "

"We appreciate the check-in procedure with one of your great staff named Aronze. She made the check-in procedure convenient. We did not avail ourselves of having our rooms cleaned for the three days we stayed. However, we did ask for additional towels and paper cups which a maintenance person cleaning other rooms graciously gave us. Regarding the safe box in the room - it doesnt work (it kept indicating/flashing CLOSED). I know I could have asked for it to be fixed but we are busy/on a schedule and dont have the time to wait for a repair person. We like the convenient location of the hotel to nearby restaurants, bakeries, and shops. This is why I chose this particular Marriott. Thank you for asking our opinion regarding our Marriott stay. "

"Our room was fun, unique and the hotel was very accessable from the freeway Felt as if we were far away from the city and overlooking the reserve area was a great detachment.. The checkin area staff were friendly and helpful. Loved oir crafted beverages at the cafe. Uniqie de or made it a fun getaway with style. The carpet in our room was less desirable felt wet in areas? Maybe had just been cleaned? Overall our room was excellent clean bedding & linens , the shower head was awesome! All the effort in the character designwas greatly appreciated. Would like to stay here again and bring some froends to roast smores with and swim in the pool too. Looked like a great time."

"The Manchester Grand Hyatt is our go to hotel in San Diego due to its convenient location by the Seaport Village and many restaurants and shops. We have stayed there several times and always enjoy the scenic views from our room and the hospitality of the hotel staff. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of offerings including an omelette station. The MarketOne Cafe downstairs has many items including delicious pastries and other food and drink items. It is always a great experience to stay at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego."
