Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Natchez South by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Breakfast was amazing the coffee was great not too weak and the buffet bar stayed full and had turkey sausage a big plus in my book because I don’t eat pork. Breakfast bar and lobby clean and modern. The room was not as nice it had stained dirty looking carpet and the bathroom tub was gross. And the bathroom door at the bottom was discolored due to water damage "
"It looked like areas of the room has just had things redone. There was dirt footprints in the bathroom, but overall it was clean. There was a $250 deposit, and when checking out, the lady at the front desk went to my room to "check" it before I could check out. My daughter and I literally only slept in the room for one night. I don't think we will be back just because of the $250 deposit. "
"Room was clean, ac worked, staff were really nice. Free breakfast and dinner were offered, which was unexpected. The area was a little sketch, but I was fine."
"Hotel was “closed” at 8pm with a call button if you come later.
Very dirty, smoky rooms and looks like people staying long term as there were bbq grills on the balcony.
We tried to get a refund and they would not allow it even though we had reserved online a couple hours prior to trying to check in."
