"The entire stay was perfect, from start to finish. This hotel is to the image of Florence: beautiful and steeped in history. All staff were professional, competent and very pleasant. Our room was comfortable and the all-linen sheets? Dreamy. The breakfast was delicious and suited all tastes. We could not have asked for a better location to explore all that Florence has to offer."

"Overall, we had a great stay here for our stopover in Florence. The location is great for seeing the sights as it’s in the centre of it all. The room was ready an hour before checking which was a great touch. There are a number of infused waters at the bar which you can help yourself to free of charge which is very welcome in 40 degree heat. The room itself was good, although there were a number of ‘suspicious’ stains dotted around on the sofa and headboard. In addition to this, the bathroom door had to be kept closed at all times due to the smell of egg coming through, I’m not sure if this a ‘quirk’ of Florence and ancient sewer networks but it is really unpleasant and did make going out more appealing."

"Outstanding service! I had a travel crisis and needed to figure out how to get an emergency passport. Samuele, at reception went completely above and beyond to help me research the process, print paperwork, and figure out my next steps. Exceptional staff and highly recommended!"

"The hotel is in a great spot if you want to be in the city center. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and overall it was a great space. I wish they had conditioner but I noticed that some of the hotels in Europe just don’t have conditioner. Some do and some don’t so if they did that would have been a bonus. I will say our bathroom was weird and I forgot to take a pic of it. It was different than what you see in the pictures for the comfort room that we picked. It was a small closet sized room that had the shower in the corner with a drain so even with towels surrounding the shower the floor would get wet and it was easy to slip. Other than that the room was perfect for what we needed it to be for our trip."
