"Checking in to the property was easy and the room was clean and the kitchen well stocked with supplies. The apartment block however was incredibly noisy as there was a lot of street noise and noise from within the building from upstairs. The bathroom had horrible hospital flooring and the sink and shower were very small. The bed also was incredibly uncomfortable as the mattress had been worn down on one side leaving a lump in the middle. I also paid a little extra assuming I would have the room...

"The option to stay in serviced apartment was excellent. It provided flexibility/choice when it came to food as we could eat in or eat out. It was great for a small group as there were two bed (twin or could be put together as a double) and a double sofa bed. The apartment was clean and had good facilities. The location was great, and it was wonderful to have parking available on site at no additional charge."

"I loved the independence of the flat. The kitchen was fab but could have done with a microwave or even an oven dish. I did not like seeing all the bins at the front full to the brim. Loved the shower and the bed was okay but badly needed a bedside light. A small chest of drawers would also of been handy. I would book again. "

"The apartment was easy to find using Google , fairly new and quite welcoming! Lots of useful emails from Hopewell the management company. The layout of the property and its facilities were excellent! However, the whole place needs a very big deep clean! The lounge has a yellow rug on the floor that has definitely seen better days, it was stained and generally nasty. The kitchen utensils all need a good wash before we could use them. "Great location in the centre of Bath close to shops and restaurants. Newly refurbished with great facilities such as fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Though, issues with entrance and door locks. Room door very fiddly and got locked in a few times. All doors difficult to operate. For this reason, we wouldn’t stay at this property again."
