"We often stay here and usually sleep well although this time we were in room 125 and there was a constant sound similar to air conditioning (ours wasn’t on) though the night."

"ALL the staff were great. The table service at the Merlin bar was very slow. But it was busy. They only had 1 lift (out of 3)working that day which made us get our steps in. Food was amazing! But I do not like , and The Manor is not alone in this, that a service charge is added automatically to our bill. The golf experience was great. Lifts to and from the courses all complimentary, and there is also the added bonus of free charging at the outside carpark, and plenty of them too! I had a great time her. Loved my room and the bath! "2nd stay at the Parkgate. Fantastic hotel in the centre of Cardiff. The only downside is the parking situation. Much easier to get the train in and walk over to the hotel."
