Everyone was so friendly and eager to be of help in any way. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. The food was excellent. When I go back to Bristol, I will definitely stay at this hotel!

The Swan Inn is a beautiful pub in a quiet country area with easy access to Cheddar. We loved the property and enjoyed our stay very much. We ate dinner one night and breakfast one morning and both meals were delicious. I’d highly recommend The Swan Inn if you’re looking for a quiet country stay in a lovely old pub.

David is a saint! It was like staying with family if family isn't overbearing or meddlesome. And it's a super comfy bed. The location is about 10-15 minute walk into town center or the entrance to the Chalice Well or footpath up the Tor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

After a long overnight flight from the US, we were delighted to be greeted by the friendly staff upon our arrival. Having a parking spot was key, and staff members kindly parked our car on arrival in the small garage and removed it when we departed as we were still getting used to the narrow lanes and left-side of the road driving. Wonderful place to stay if you got an early morning flight.

The rooms were large and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Mark the manager does a great job good leader. Proximity to airport is perfect.

Have stayed at the du Vin many times on work trips to Bristol. I love the shower(!!) - but proportions of the room, the layout, the bed, the sheets and pillows - it’s all just right for me.

Really lovely! Great diner too. Amazing shower with giant towels. Loved the hot and chilled water in the hallways.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful the room with spacious and clean and we slept very well because it was very quiet the location is excellent as a 10 minute walk right into the city center the breakfast is one of the best we've had

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable and well located. Affordable. If you are coming to Bristol by coach the hotel is within bag-dragging distance from the coach station. Staff very friendly, breakfast impressive in its variety, rooms clean and well maintained. Beds soft with crisp white clean linen. Will look forward to coming back.
