"The Washington is a moderate sized hotel in an excellent location. The room was small but had everything that was needed, and was nicely presented. The onsite Parking is excellent, as parking in this part of Bristol is impossibly difficult. Staff were super helpful allowing me to access the car park some hours before check-in. A huge benefit. Recommended"

"Annabelle’s house was comfortable and in a great location. My room was clean and beds were comfortable. Very close to the train station and all the stores. On the weekends it is loud at night due to noise from the bar that is on the same street. But overall I really didn’t have any trouble sleeping and I appreciated the free breakfast! "

Other than the weak wifi connection in the room, everything else was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was a really highlight - great options for vegetarians and pescatarian alike. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems . The entry instructions were great and very clear. "
