"Booked a triple room for 3 nights. The extra cot came with no duvet. No room service and no kettle or water bottles provided. One of the staff advised the water from toilet tap is drinkable. Had to pay for bottles on first night, refilled from tap from day 2. Got charged €67 for city tax. Positives: nice and helpful staff Buffet breakfast and good dinner service availabl4 at extra cost. Receptionist offered to store luggage after check out. Daily housekeeping. "

"The location is very undesirable; it is surrounded by industrial lots and a highway. There are very limited options for food if you do not have a car given the lack of sidewalks. The hotel restaurant was not open. The staff was very helpful, though, and the room was relatively clean and in good order. One good point is it is close to the airport, which was the main reason I picked it. We had an early flight, and the staff arranged a taxi pick-up for us."

"Despite my request for a quiet room I was given a room over the noisy restaurant which was closing at 2 am. In addition, there was some sewer odour that enter my room and the corridor every night. However, the hotel was not far from the Metro and food bar which was open 24 hours. "

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself had everything you need, including a Smart TV, safe, and mini-fridge. The facilities were well-maintained and all was cleaned regularly. The Strand is super close to the nearby metro stations, making it a convenient place to stay. Lovely atmosphere!"
