There are 2 flights of stairs to reach the front desk and a tiny elevator to help bring luggage up although you have to carry it up and down one flight of stairs anyway. Room size for a family of 4 was adequate although the shower design was interesting. You can see into it while looking from the bedroom. "They did a little extra for our birthday’s so this is much appreciated! Rooms were adequate, but sometimes other guests coming and going were quite loud. No in room coffee unfortunately, but had to go to the reception desk. The toilet was difficult to flush at times and had to hit the button up to 10 times for enough water flow. "We stayed for 3 nights while visiting Rome and really loved the place. The location is so central, right by Plaza Navona. Short walk to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, and nice shopping area. Room is spacious in European standard, clean, and beds are comfortable. Location is a bit far from central Rome (about 30 minutes by bus, includes a change) and might be very slightly unnerving to come to at night with public transport.
