Everyone was so kind, attentive, and always went above and beyond to make sure every need was taken care of. I want to give special recognition to Khodarahm, the doorman. He greeted me warmly every day, always helped me get a taxi, and even made sure to speak with the drivers so I arrived safely at my destination. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made such a difference in my stay. Khodarahm truly represents the spirit of Shangri-La hospitality, and I am so grateful for his help. I highly recommend Shangri-La Dubai not only for its luxury and comfort, but for the outstanding service provided by staff like Khodarahm. I will definitely return on my next visit to Dubai!
