Christiana was responsive to every request for information. The parking instructions and help with baggage from the car to our room was smooth. "The property was in a secluded location on a farm stone road and was so charming and different. Old 16th century buildings upgraded. Very spacious rooms. Our host was a very nice and kind man who gave us many great recommendations for places to see that we would have otherwise not found. Very quiet and peaceful place in the country. Love it! "

"Very hard to find (had to be escorted by a local), no one there. We assumed it was a B&B. Actually, it is merely rooms and breakfast in a basement. No one lives on the premises. We arrived on a Monday, and the nearby town was closed. No dinner in sight. Very lonely and not particularly unique. One positive is the price. Lowest we paid in Italy. If you need a stop-over in Tuscany or Lazio, okay, but don't go out of your way."
