Based on some of the reviews, I was expecting a mediocre, dated condo with inattentive staff. I was also reluctant to stay this far from the strip, since I was attending the IBS Show at the convention center. I was very surprised and pleased. The one-bedroom unit that we were given was very nice and clean and definitely up to date and nicely furnished - large screen, new TV in the living room and another in the king-sized bedroom. We loved how our suite came with a full on kitchen, microwave, fridge, plus dishes, utensils & drinking glasses, cooking & baking tools. It was also equipped with additional mini appliances ie toaster, coffee maker. On top of that, a washer ‘ dryer with complimentary detergent provided. Very spacious all around & definitely recommend not just for couples but for families as well. There’s a lot of dining & shopping opportunities around the property.

I stayed in the room for about a week for a work conference and it was great! The room was clean, it was nearby the conference center so I could easily walk over every day. The owner was super responsible and checked in on me during my stay. I would book here again.

Plenty of amenities on property. Good place for a family. You can get adjoining rooms with a single entry. The property is well maintained. The washer and dryer in the room saved us on baggage fees. We could pack light and just use one suitcase. Quite.

Brand new and looks like it’s going to be a place to return for years to come! Thank you Nancy for helping us out late at night and accommodating luggage service. Appreciate the support and effort from all the staff.

great stay!

We had 37 family members attend and we ft comfortably in the suite with 2 bedrooms for lunch and moved the group to the BBQ area. The kids had a blast at the lazy river and pool. We are coming back!

Great hotel and staff. There's nothing bad about this place, and I'm a tough critic and experienced Vegas traveler. This place is truly a gem.

This was the first time I've ever stayed "off the strip" and this did not feel like it at all... I had all the amenities that the MGM offers (Lazy river pool, etc) but not all the chaos of a regular "hotel/casino"... the room I had over-looked the strip and was HUGE! Kitchen pull out sofa, larger bathroom, closet space, etc... super nice... will stay here for sure again! Plus, LYFT knew exactly where to pick up and drop off! Gated guard shack was a nice touch too! Overall and A+ in my book!

Nice place on the strip where you feel your not on the strip.

My room was all i needed, everything back home was here, no complaints and nice view.

Great hotel with a great price. Easy access to the strip. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was big, clean and more than we expected. We will definitely stay here again.

Killer view of the Las Vegas strip. Staff at hotel world class. Owner is fantastic. Beautiful space. Wish I stayed longer.

Luckily we had ppl fall out on plans but for 6 people it’s good enough more than that might feel like a crowd but awesome place otherwise an awesome host fast response.
