"Totally fine. Staff was helpful when we asked to switch rooms to be away from the elevator, which was much appreciated. Gym was small but serviceable. Breakfast was not worth the price, but there are other options around. "

"There were some rust spots in the bathroom fixtures and it just didn't feel like that nice of a hotel. The staff were hard to engage. I asked the valet to bring up the 3 bags in my back seat and they brought up my snow sleds and some other bags from the back of the vehicle as well -- they should have asked or clarified. No one needs 4 sleds and their bag of clothes for goodwill brought to their room. I waited 10+ minutes at the front desk to exchange some cash for a valet tip and was ignored. The clerk was with someone else but there was no eye contact or nod or other engagement. The oatmeal for breakfast was terrible (weird soft brown bananas on top) and they didn't bring milk or actual brown sugar. I had to call down and then wait 10+ minutes for the milk and somehow more coffee sugar. The breakfast my second day was not warm. Et cetera. "

"Great hotel at great location! Free Starbucks coffee and Juice in the lobby! Staffs are great! My only problem is the thermostat. My room was too cold, and my coworker’s room was too hot. Adjustments don’t on room temperature work. "

"Everyone was very helpful, what a pleasant experience. Large rooms with a view of the river. Ample space in the bathroom with deep tub though I didn't have a chance to use it. Only suggestion would be Marriott to let customers use YouTube as a guest insted of needing to sign in, because other hotels have this feature."

"Older Hotel that's always clean and comfortable. some maintenance required but for the price that should be expected. Great value and I use it anytime I'm staying downtown Edmonton."

"Overall was great stay.Constructive feedback: A lot of different codes to remember, the fence/gate was stuck closed so not easy to get from garage to front door to get in (lock in back patio door could help), nothing was shoveled.Positives, very clean, lots of room, would be great for families, easy to use accessories, clear check in and out directions & lots of easy/fast communication with Contigo rental company. And a great location too."
