"They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. "We've stayed at many other hotels in the past but Id say this hotel is by far one of the best experiences we've had. From the staff, food, activities, pool, room and cleanliness I give it a 5 plus 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars!! The towels are super white too!!! Very clean! We enjoyed our stay."
