"Staff not very attentive or helpful. Rooms not clean at all"

"Around 11:45 PM, while we were already in bed, a staff member in uniform knocked loudly on our door. When I opened it, he told us we were “not supposed to be there.” This was very surprising, as we had checked in properly, received our keys, and settled in for the night. This situation reflects a clear miscommunication between the front desk and management, but it should not have been handled by disturbing guests at that hour. The approach was inappropriate and the tone came across as quite rude. We did stay the night, but the experience was very unsettling. I hope you can address this internally to ensure it doesn’t happen to other guests."

"Property was charming and quirky. Room was not ready at check-in time and noticed the same for others trying to check-in. Staff kindly held our bags while we went off site. They said they called when ready but had no call come in. Bed was comfy but low. Minimal furnishings but staff brought a side table and mini fridge to our room. Also replaced non-working hairdryer at our request. Lighting throughout property was dim. Location was great. No coffee for guests but for sale in the lobby along with pastries. "

"Staff was very friendly, we were able to do an early check-in, but the TV situation was not idea. We had to connect to wifi and then use our own streaming log-ins to watch tv. Took forever to get to any screens so we never ended up logging in."
