"Wonderful location - right next to the Tower Bridge, close to both the Tower Hill and the London Bridge rail stations, and so easy to get anywhere at all! The room had a nice view of the Thames, was clean and pretty quiet too. The staff were superb, especially Ramos T., the concierge, who assisted us with tickets to various shows and events and provided clear and efficient transportation advice. The only negative at all was that the lifts, errr... elevators were not all working and so getting down to the ground floor and up again took quite some time. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the Junior sweet, which is dressed like a true London style with tall ceilings, thick drapes, and a four poster bed. The hotel lobby and public areas are very clean. Front desk workers are extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk during the whole first day until we could check in, and again on the last day after we checked out so we could sightsee without our bags. Breakfast is not free (about 16pounds pp), but a very nice buffet. Only a couple minutes onto the tube, and a Starbucks right nearby. We loved it! "
