I really liked my stay here! I stayed in the 21 mixed dorm and it was good. The bunks have curtains but they don’t go all the way across which is a tad annoying but they also have a mini shelf, a light and a charging port. Every night there is something on which is fun! Bathrooms are pretty good and there are random ones all over the place, it’s nice as they actually feel private. Breakfast is quite nice with a lot of options! Not far from the borough market as well as the train station.

Great location near the Tower Bridge, Shard, Tube, bus stops, restaurants (KFC and a couple of 24 hr stores), Sainsbury & Tesco Express, pubs etc. Elevator (lift) there, 3rd floor sitting room with sofas and patio area. Secure building with an app to open doors via Bluetooth (very easy), 24 hr staff, clean, beds are decent w/curtains, lockers roomy (bring your own lock and towel), hot showers with good pressure, laundry room, and friendly atmosphere. The only quirk: No fridge so whatever you get eat it all or toss it.

Booked a private room with an en suite as a cheap option in London. I imagine most will be visiting when travelling, but I booked as a cheap option for a business overnight trip and just took a chance. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Free WiFi. I imagine it might be noisy on the lower floors but I was near the top and it was absolutely fine. Only criticism is that room was really warm. Really conveniently located and honestly, I'd book it again for a cheap and cheerful convenient option!

This place is just perfect for the night. Shame about the noise from downstairs in the bar as music goes up quite loud after about 11pm. Also people using the hand dryer at 3am didn’t help. Everything else was good. Clean rooms, pods, showers and toilet.
