"Clean room, very nice staff, good area "

"The The Tower Hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re visiting London, especially if location is high on your list. Our room was on the smaller side, but honestly, it didn’t matter since we weren’t there to spend time indoors. We were out exploring most of the day, and the room had everything we needed to rest and recharge. What really makes this hotel stand out is its unbeatable location. It sits right on the River Thames, next to Tower Bridge and within steps of the Tower of London. You’re in the heart of some of the city’s most iconic sights, which makes getting around incredibly easy. If you’re booking, I highly recommend choosing a room with a view of Tower Bridge. We did, and the view was absolutely amazing, especially at night when the bridge is lit up. Overall, a great stay. Between the prime location and those unforgettable views, we would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean but very dated. Notable problems included a poor shower (the bath ran at the same time). The room had no opening windows, which made it stuffy and as the aircon didn't seem to cool, this didnt help. Also the aircon was load, making sleep difficult if you want air! We paid for the breakfast which was ok, seemed a little over priced as there was not much choices. The 2nd morning's breakfast was chaotic and we had to wait. Staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Great location just off Oxford Street, room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The only issue was the wait for coffee to be offered. You can get coffee for yourself but the machine did run out at times. Great hotel for a London trip. Tube is just around the corner."

"The area was fine, a short walk to the Russell Square Tube station. Room itself was okay, you got what was advertised, but the windows and the room itself not being the more insulated (you could hear out the windows and other doors banging and closing) made the mornings pretty loud"
