Unfortunately we arrived at the Ritz for a long overdue couples get away but were unable to stay due to not having a physical bank card. In a time when everything is digital and people use Apple Pay we found this policy outdated. We were in a hurry as we were going to Wembley to see oasis, we were so disappointed to be told we would not be able to stay at the Ritz as we have always wanted to, luckily the cafe royal around the corner had a room and we stayed with them.

Our room was stunning and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It wasn’t just luxurious, it felt personal and welcoming, like a true home away from home. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the service. Everyone we encountered was polite and attentive, but one person stood out: Koshish. He went above and beyond in every possible way. Whether it was anticipating what we might need, checking in with a warm smile, or making sure everything was just right, his service was flawless. What impressed us most was how natural and effortless he made it all seem. He struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion, making us feel like the most important guests in the hotel. The Ritz is more than just a beautiful place to stay; it is a true experience. Thanks to the exceptional staff, and especially Koshish, our visit was one we will never forget. The Ritz has been one of London's finest hotels since opening over a century ago. The location on Piccadilly can't be beat, and everything about the hotel is superior. I had an exceptional dinner in their restaurant. I highly recommend this h.

It's the Ritz!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Treated like royalty from start to finish. Dinner and breakfast were delightful and service as you'd expect is top class. Fantastic location to get to plays and main tourist attractions.

Opulent and beautiful but yes dated. Doorman was slightly rude upon my arrival as if I didn't belong at the Ritz or something. But the service was outstanding and everyone was kind. There was an old smell in the hallways and stains on the rug. We would stay at a newer establishment next time.

First time at the Ritz, we really have nothing to say about services, which were excellent. As for the breakfast food, all were excellent quality. The only drawback was that the room was so traditional in style, so there were no USB outlets in the room for computers or smartphones, and there were some parts that were not up to date with times and not very user-friendly. I thought that the bathroom and toilet, as well as the washroom, were not draining well, which I thought could be managed. We appreciated the warm hospitality of the staffs made us very cozy and felt as we were at home. So we hope to stay at the Ritz again.
