"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The receptionists were amazing - warm and welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. The bar and waiting staff were also very friendly and efficient. The grounds and the building were beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Great hotel right next to Telford International centre. The rooms are a little tired but the bed was very comfortable, with pillow choice too. The shower was amazing, powerful!!! Breakfast was very average. We requested a quiet room in what was a full hotel and we got it, end of corridor, no noise at all as we were next to what I think was a boiler or linen room, no neighbour!! We would stay there again, especially we paid £90/night for 2 adults and a child (2 double beds)."

"A really nice quaint old building with countless amounts of wonderful antiques that you can look at throughout the stairwell and hallway the room was adequately appointed beds were very comfortable. Shower over the bath was great. The stuff were very welcoming and friendly. Unlikely to go back again if I need a location stay in the area I’d recommend it 100 hundred percent great value for money. "A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent. Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful."
