First time staying at this hotel. I was impressed with the property. Looked new, modern, and clean. Room a bit small but that’s par for the course in Europe. Great bathroom and shower. And similar to other reviews, great location in Westminster by Victoria Station. And very good and extensive breakfast buffet (included free).

We had a queen corner room that was spacious enough for two large suitcases. Loved the large windows for early morning light. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. A very nice array of delicious choices.

Good location and had basically everything, however the towels smelled very musty. Also, the pictures on the website do not reflect the room size. There are no clear signs on the building so takes a while to locate. We helped several other visitors as well, so it was not just our group that had trouble finding it. Overall its okay and adequate for a few days. I would recommend.
