"We ended up staying here as a hail mary to salvage our long weekend in the area when our VRBO turned out to be a health hazard. Since we were traveling with a dog, our options were very limited in TC during a busy summer weekend. I have deep gratitude in my heart for the staff at this hotel for welcoming us in in the middle of the night while one of us (me) was coming down with the stomach flu, another was coming down from an allergic reaction to something at the disgusting VRBO, the dog needed...

"Bathroom door would not close. The door appeared to have been in that condition for quite some time, as there were no witness marks on the door or jamb, so I think it was repainted recently. Room smelled very stale. The building appeared fairly dated, although it is newer than most hotels in that area. Breakfast was nice. Staff were very pleasant."

"When I put in the search for amenities I specified I wanted a pool and this hotel did not have a pool. The smoke from the Canada fires were so bad the hotel smelled like smoke. I was not a good trip we couldn't even go to the beach due to the smoke and not having a pool was a complete disappointment!"
