"I had a one night stay here on a quick trip, but I would definitely stay again. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There was a refrigerator with actual top freezer (not like a normal hotel "freezer" inside a tiny refrigerator), a microwave, and a bar style table with stools--all of this would be perfect for a longer stay. There was a small lawn perfect to take my dog out. As a solo woman traveler, I look for properties that are safe and clean, and this one was great."

"The black out curtain in the bedroom hung awkwardly and did not correct with pulling curtain up and down. The desk chair was the only chair in the room and its seat was shabby with torn edges. Also there were few or no snacks and coffee available for purchase in the evening ( we ran out of caffeinated Keurigs in the room). Please don’t misunderstand. We had a great time! All of the staff were polite and friendly. The room looked great. The views from the building were excellent. The lobby design was lean and handsome, etc. No significant complaints. We would love to stay with you again."

"We knew this was a virtual hotel when we booked, but we had no idea it would be this complicated. There was no staff, no lobby, and no one available to help when we arrived. We had to rely on strangers to figure out the check-in process because we received very little instruction beforehand. The room was very small, had no balcony, no closet, no extra bedding, and a terrible view. The bed was uncomfortable and kept separating from the wall. There was no phone in the room, and getting something as simple as extra cups required going through an online chat process. Parking was another disappointment. We had to pay $20 per day, but there wasn’t even parking available at the hotel, so we had to park elsewhere and walk several minutes to and from our car. For the price, this place simply isn’t worth it. No breakfast, no lobby, no staff, small rooms, and very little convenience. If you’re traveling with a baby, I would not recommend staying here. First and last time."

"Food was good, however, so short staffed that it made dining there almost impossible. Thankfully, we did not have anywhere else to go. One person handling the dinner area is unacceptable. Very nice, but the poor girl was tired! Room was nice but did not exclude any extra amenities, like bottled waters or a small stocked refrigerator. Beds were comfortable but an upgrade on the sheets would go a long way for a much higher level of stay. Currently, the sheets are almost the equivalent of one-ply TP. Small items in the rooms could be maintained better, such as curtains broken off the rod in some spots, windows washed to rid the window of children’s handprints… nice vibe overall."

"Everything was great. Location is great for our needs.I would have the cleaning service move out the couches and clean underneath. very rough under there. Dropped the remote between couches and when I reach to grab it hand was covered in crumbs and i had grabbed a lighter instead or remote. That was the only "issue". rest of the house was very clean"
