"I expected it to be nicer comparatively speaking from past stays at other Indigo Hotels. There was a giant water stain on the ceiling of our room. The Fire place didn’t work in the room. For the price, you would think that they would at least have a complimentary pot of coffee available in the lobby. Instead everything had to be purchased in the hotel restaurant!"

"Amazing space! Warm, welcoming, wonderful! All the amenities ( well stocked kitchen, lovely living room, comfortable king size bed. Start with all the things you would need for the apartment.! Controlled heating. I love the caramel popcorn as a sweet gift. The others go out of their way they make you feel welcome and taking care of; easy to communicate with them. Well maintained pathways during the snow storm what’s up a necessity and a blessing! Thank you. Look forward to you reserving this space again when we come back to visit Traverse City. Thank you, David and Lisa for being great ambassadors to your city and providing a wonderful home while I was there."

"Location was great! Cold breeze in living room, die to sealing slider being broke, freezer and microwave was not cleaned out. Toaster had dried food in it. Keriug over was filled with coffee. Comforter has major pilling on it. Kitchen cabinets are very unorganized and things just tossed in for passing pans subs. Silverware drawer has lots of crumbs and very dirty in that area. bathroom outlets did not work at all and I dropped something behind the cabinet in the bathroom and it is very dirty behind there. Condo just needs a major deep clean. This is one property manager to another property manager."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated condo. It was comfortable and perfectly located in the heart of everything. Nearby was Burritt’s Market — a wonderful gourmet market where we picked up delicious deli items for easy snacks during our stay.Jeff was fantastic with communication, providing clear instructions for parking and keypad entry, which made everything seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!"
