"The cottage is well equipped and comfortable, having an en-suite shower in both bedrooms is a definite bonus!! The central heating is very efficient and our dog loved the garden outside the conservatory. The beds and sofas are very comfortable. Maggie is a very friendly host with a wealth of local knowledge."

Lovely house, brilliant location, 10 mins in the car to Great Yarmouth, 10 mins walk to the lovely beach with all the amenities you need.Parking at the rear and free car park across the road.Sit and watch the boats/ ships come into the harbour from the sea.We would recommend this house to everyone.Lovely beaches all down that coast. "Absolutely amazing stay thank you so much! We stayed a few weeks before Christmas and turning up to a decorated Christmas tree was a beautiful touch. The selection of games that were available for us to play in the in the evenings were great anything and everything that we needed was available. We took stroll up to the Suffield Arms one evening which was really lovely and I would highly recommend a visit to anyone that stays at clematis cottage. Thanks again,Chloe and Clan"

"We thought that the en-suite shower cubicle was difficult to get in and out, because the door kept banging the light fitting. We think this needs to be changed, to make it safe."
