"We loved our short stay at the 3 Millstones Inn, where we were warmly welcomed by Stacey and the team, and very well fed by Matthew, the excellent and friendly chef, for our evening meal and a great breakfast. We therefore fully recommend the restaurant, a great pint of cask, the ensuite room was wonderful, with a great shower, views across to Pendle, and on leaving the room to walk the dog at 7.30am, my Merlin Bird ID app recorded and revealed as many as 10 different birds singing for us, from a song thrush, to a wren, a blue tit to a robin, within three minutes. The babbling brook nearby, was a lovely sound too. Within walking distance of lovely Waddington, and a short drive to charming Clitheroe, we wholeheartedly recommend anyone to stay at 3 Millstones. "The pub was fantastic all the staff and locals made us feel very welcome even bringing a sausage and a bit of steak out for our dog. The food was amazing all top quality and the room was incredible, double walk in shower and stand alone bath. Just what was needed after a fab day walking Pendle top!! We will defo be back"

"4 of us stayed at The Avenue and have to say the staff were lovely. The room was quite spacious and very clean. We ate in the bar/restaurant and the food was delicious. Service was great. Overall we had a fabulous stay."
