"I have no problem with this hotel, from when I first arrived until I left. The Duty Manager clearly explained what I needed to know. The cleaning staff were friendly & provided an excellent service which I really appreciated. The only downside was the early morning music from the adjoining gym, which I understand was being looked into."

"This is the 2nd time of staying here in a couple of months. This was because our son had a flat in John Street, so the convenience of Quest was great. It was in walking distance for them & to meet for resturants etc A very comfortable stay. Parking was a bonus too."
