"Super friendly ladies at the front desk, great staff in general, very nice restaurants, somewhat outdated, but that is part of the allure, the negative was dusty, dirty, rooms, they didn’t vacuum behind the furniture or under the beds, dead bugs, and dust everywhere. Otherwise it’s a great location and we had a great time."

"Great location. Next door to the Olde Pink House and short walk to the river. Husband liked the shower head. The hotel itself was quiet but could hear a lot of street noise from our room at night. Mattress in room 608 needs replacing - not the most comfortable and squeaky. Not a lot of amenities - no refrigerator in room. Had wine and cheese in the lobby some evenings."

"We stayed in room 134. The shower pan is level, just like the floor so the water was running across the bathroom floor headed for the door. We had to build a dam with the towels. No shower for me during our stay. It appeared the Inn was under renovation. Staff was nice but it's now called the Cottonwood or something else."
