"Our initial room assignment was dirty and had a fist-punch mark on the wall next to the sink. I don't think it was supposed to be rented out. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a while. We discussed it with the manager and was promptly moved to an upgraded, very clean, room with a kitchenette. That room was very nice. "We stayed here to break up a 2-day road trip, so we basically spent about 10 hours in the room. No frills. Outside was fairly clean and staff was friendly - quick check-in/-out. Floor in room was sticky and needed mopped but bed linens and bathroom were clean - no signs of bugs or mold. Bathroom linens had seen better days; some were threadbare and stained. Can be loud occasionally at night, and it only has street parking that is payment required, but to be in the city in your own flat. It's great! Easy to walk around the city. Loved using the amenities to make food, wash clothes. We were able to relax when it's raining or we're tired. Very nice space as well, with exposed brick and quality furniture pieces. "
