They completely forgot that i needed a roll away bed for my child....they stated that room wasn't ready because the extra bed but was not the true. "

"I don’t have any complains about the hotel, staff was actually very nice and tried their best to help us when needed, from laundry service, cleaning service, restaurant, taxi service from airport to the hotel and viceversa (taxi drivers were very nice and funny to talk, provided suggestions and talked about Lima and other touristic destinations). The only thing I would suggest is to provide different types of food at the breakfast buffet, was delicious but maybe variety on the menu."
